the first day

Another fresh new year is here . . .
Another year to live!
To banish worry, doubt, and fear,
To love and laugh and give!

This bright new year is given me
To live each day with zest . . .
To daily grow and try to be
My highest and my best!

I have the opportunity
Once more to right some wrongs,
To pray for peace, to plant a tree,
And sing more joyful songs!

Hi Kitty. . .
I hope this note finds you well! Did you have a wonderful holiday? I hope that you had safe travels and were able to spend time with your family.

I have a quick question/comment for you - I am obsessed with your photos and blog (so is my friend from Philly!). Do you have any photos for purchase of in the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden or of people ice skating on Lake of the Isles? I am thinking of VDay presents for myself and Hoser ;)

Take care,
Stacey

Hi there

I came across your lovely blog and thought you might like to take a peek at mine. I live in the French Alps and write about food and renovating our old watermill. Would you be interested in exchanging links?
